By using our website and engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services & Information Sharing

• Information submitted via form, email, or phone will be shared with N. Viltakis LLC for handling official documents and KYC checks.
• All official registrations and changes are managed by N. Viltakis LLC.
• All KYC checks on directors, shareholders, and the company secretary are performed by N. Viltakis LLC.

2. User Responsibility

• You must provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
• Any inaccurate data or fraud attempt will be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Fees & Refunds

• If KYC documents are not submitted, cannot be verified, or a person is sanctioned/high-risk, a €500 fee applies; the remainder of any package fee will be refunded.
• Nominee secretarial services are billed annually at €350; included free for one year in Premium and Enterprise packages.
• Registered address services are billed annually at €350; included free for one year in Premium and Enterprise packages.

4. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend nominee and registered address services upon detecting abuse or fraud attempts.

5. Referral Disclaimer

Introductions to banks, EMIs, accountants, or law firms are referral services only; we hold no liability for their services. Disputes with referred parties must be handled directly with them.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes are governed by Cyprus law and resolved in Cyprus courts.
